Drink more water – Water is well known to be good for the body, and drinking 8 litres or more a day will help you to burn fat, have great spot-free skin and feel a higher sense of vitality. Water also acts as a solvent for vitamins and minerals and helps them to enter into your body’s system more quickly.

Eat high fibre foods – By eating foods which are high in fibre you will find that it also suppresses your hunger, causing you to snack less. Fibre is a very filling nutrient so makes you feel fuller for longer after eating a good meal. If you do decide to eat more fibre within your diet, also substitute other bad foods for a mixture of wholegrain foods, fruit and vegetables.

T is often assumed that fasting from food will give you the fastest method of quick weight loss, but this is not the case, infact it is extremely unhealthy for you. By fasting from food, you will not quickly lose weight anyways, your body is programmed to actually hold onto any fat that you have and reserve it to one side because it doesn’t know when it will be getting it’s next meal. Here are some safer ways for quick weight loss.

Take 8 hours of sleep a night – Although with the business of some peoples’ lives this is often difficult, it is important to try and sleep very well as often as you can. Once you have managed to program your body clock to rest as much as possible, you will find that your body is more in tune with you and will be working at its best, thus able to burn off calories quicker.

Eat lots of fibre-rich foods – Fibre aids your body in cleansing itself of bad fats and illness. Some fibre-rich foods are flaxseeds, almonds, kidney beans, lentils, beetroot and prunes; all items available in any general store. If you decide to eat more fibrous foods then do drink more water and fibre absorbs water very well and will leave the rest of your body without if you don’t drink enough.

Break up your meals – Instead of eating 3 main meals a day, eat 5 smaller meals and spread them evenly throughout the day, depending on your schedule. This is a great way to obtain quick weight loss because it eliminates the need to snack when you become hungry, your body will not crave food if it it getting fed more often.

By starving your body of its vital requirements your boy instead, will store the fat that you have as it doesn’t know when it will receive it’s next meal. It will be some time until this fat reserve is used up and weight begins to be lost.

Your body cannot adjust quickly enough to such a rapid change in diet so almost freezes itself as a form of self preservation. The human body tends to rspond more effectively to slower changes like eating a more balances diet and upping your level of exercise gradually. No shock is caused to the system and the body will be able to adjust itself within a normal time period.

If you decide to simply cut down on foods, you will not only lose all of the natural vital nutrients within your bosy, but it can cause great fatigue and illness. Once it gets to a certain point, your body is porgrammed to slowly begin shutting down one organ at a time and the consequences can be extremely dire. There are some very simple swaps that you can do to lose weight fast. Instead of drinking fizzy drinks, replace them with a healthy fruit juice. Rather than adding full fat milk to your breakfast each morning, pour on some semi-skinned and watch those pounds drop off. Use a sweetener in your tea instead of sugar, sugar is actually extremely fattening and is high in calories. Alcohol also plays a high ranking part to a diet so if you do not want to cut it out completely, swap your glass of red wine for white, or a beer for spirits instead.
